Discover the stunning Pearse Lyons Whiskey range, right here in the heart of Kilkenny City with Michael Carr – renowned industry expert and veteran Irish whiskey brand ambassador – and Conor Ryan, head of Production & Cask Management at Pearse Lyons with a wealth of hospitality industry experience.

Showcasing 7 superb whiskeys on the night, including an award-winning new make pot still, the core Pearse Lyons range and an exclusive first drop of an upcoming release – all as a backdrop to the amazing story of Pearse Whiskey connecting Kilkenny, Carlow, Dublin and Kentucky, as well as tasting some of that American Bourbon and Single Malt as well! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about this unique distillery located at St. James’ Church, that dates back to the 12th century in the heart of Dublin’s historic Liberties district.
