This will be a Whiskey night of distinction, at Statham’s at The Pembroke Hotel – in partnership with Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey and with Michelin Star Chef Ken Harker.

Your evening will start with a very special Tullamore D.E.W. cocktail on arrival.

You will then enjoy an evening built entirely around flavour, balance, and craft.

You will taste six whiskeys throughout the night, paired with three bowl-served courses designed for casual dining.

Two whiskeys open the night before the first course.

Two more lead into the main.

Your final two whiskeys are matched to your dessert.

Chef Ken will personally introduce each dish, sharing the thinking, techniques, and details that bring the pairing together.
