Cape Clear Distillery

Their Story

Cape Clear Island Distillery was developed by members of the Cape Clear island community, who through Comharchumann Chléire Teo achieved full planning permission in 2016; at that point, Cape Clear Island Distillery Ltd was set up.

They started bottling their unique and flavourful gin in November of 2019.  Their focus will be to continue to uphold the highest standard of quality for the gin, as well as to work toward making whiskey as soon as possible.
