Bespoke cocktails also take pride of place, each individually designed by resident mixologists. An eclectic range, but Irish whiskey takes centre-stage, as does local, seasonal Irish cuisine.  From whiskey masterclasses to flights, visitors can blend their own Irish whiskey or sample whiskey with farmhouse cheese or artisan chocolate.
