Greg Dillon Notes
Nose:
Palate:
butterscotch, red cherries, mango, melon, some hints of fruit cake, like a basket of fruity brilliance being wrapped in cayenne and white pepper spices. Creamy, thickens in the mouth as you sit with it – a chewing whiskey.
Finish:
fruit. Now, where’s the next drop?
Overall:
a lot from it, but man did it deliver. Great work, likely from some quite diverse cask inputs into the blend.
Michael Foggarty Notes
Nose:
Palate:
Finish:
Overall:
Not your usual full forward sherry punch but much lighter and slightly more elegant.
