The first Single Pot Still release outside of Irish Distillers for many years, this 50% malted, 50% unmalted triple distilled Pot Still is matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez casks. Bottled at 46.5% ABV. RRP €90.

Nose:
an aromatic quality that teases and intrigues the nose in equal measures, with a slight caramel note given time in the glass.
Palate:
more fiery on the palate with a raft of spices singing through too; cayenne pepper, white pepper and a sweet, juicy note reminiscent of toffee apples.

The number of distilleries in Ireland bottling pot still has
doubled and going by this stunning whiskey let’s hope Dingle and other distilleries around the country start releasing more.
