Echlinville Distillery and The Palace Bar have collaborated for 20-year-old single malt cask strength release
Echlinville Distillery and The Palace Bar announced last night at an online event, the release of the Dunville’s Green series. This marks the first in a series of single cask, cask strength releases in which Echlinville Distillery will partner with members of the drinks sector.

The first in the Dunville’s Green series is a collaboration with the iconic Palace Bar in Dublin. For The Palace Bar this is their eighth exclusive release which have included Redbreast and Green Spot Pot Still whiskeys in the past.

The result is a beautiful 20-year-old Single Malt Irish whiskey finished in an Oloroso sherry cask for a year. Bottled at cask strength of 55% ABV and limited to just 341 bottles. Available from The Palace Bar website and retail partners priced €350.
For Echlinville Distillery this is their oldest release to-date and the first single cask exclusive to a pub.
