James J. Fox, Ireland’s most prestigious cigar and whiskey merchant, is excited to announce a special single cask collaboration with JJ Corry Irish Whiskey: the JJ Corry 21 Year Old Bonder’s Edition Single Malt.
This exceptional whiskey, meticulously selected from JJ Corry’s renowned library of flavours, has undergone a unique aging process. Initially matured for just over two decades in a premium ex-Bourbon cask from Kentucky, it has been carefully finished in a Fino sherry cask from Jerez, Spain, for the last 11 months of its maturation. The result is a rich and complex whiskey that embodies the perfect harmony of tradition and innovation, offering connoisseurs a rare and unforgettable tasting experience. The balance of flavours between the sherry sweetness, tartness of citrus and a hint of spice, make this release a tempting proposition for any whiskey drinker seeking a premium experience.

Finish
Long and Satisfying, Toasted Almonds, Negroni Dryness, with hints of Ripe Citrus and Oaky Tannins.
