James J. Fox, Dublin’s most renowned cigar & whiskey merchants who are celebrating 143 years of trading in 119 Grafton Street and five generations of family ownership, and modern Irish Whiskey Bonders, J.J. Corry are pleased to announce their collaboration on two small batch releases: The Quick Brown Fox 8-Year-Old Single Malt and The Lazy Dog 8-Year-Old Single Pot Still.

The Quick Brown Fox, 8-Year-Old Single Malt

The Quick Brown Fox
The Quick Brown Fox is the continuation of the award-winning release of 180 bottles in 2023. An 8-year-old single malt, firstly matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, before being disgorged into Amontillado and Oloroso Shery Casks, sourced directly from Montilla and Jerez by J.J. Corry founder, Louise McGuane. The final blend, chosen by James J. Fox, yields a rich and deep single malt with layers of walnuts and preserved fruit and a hint of tobacco.
