Following delays caused by Covid-19, The Irish Whiskey Festival is scheduled to take place from 17th to 23rd October 2022. The Festival will take place in various locations and will be anchored by an EXPO event in The Convention Center Dublin (The CCD) on 22nd & 23rd of October. Join The Irish Whiskey Festival as they present hundreds of different expressions over a week long period.
At the Expo you can sample some extremely hard to get whiskies and partake in masterclasses, cocktail making demos, industry talks, Q&A sessions with some of the industry’s leading professionals and much more.
Festival organiser John Byrne says:
“After the many delays caused by the Covid pandemic we are delighted to be hosting The Irish Whiskey Festival. Throughout the Festival we will have numerous tasting and masterclass events in various locations that will showcase the best of Irish whiskeys along with whiskies from around the world.
Over the week of the Festival we expect over 3,000 whiskey enthusiasts to join us in celebrating all things whiskey. Since our ticket sales went live over the August bank holiday weekend the response from whiskey enthusiasts has far exceeded our expectations. The Festival has been strategically timed to catch the run up to the hugely important Christmas market.”
