Teeling Whiskey is proud to announce the return of their Christmas Batch whiskey for the second-year running. Following last year’s phenomenal demand and complete sell-out, they are delighted to bring back this festive favourite, available exclusively this Christmas at Dublin and Cork Airport Duty Free and online at dublinandcorkdutyfree.ie.
This limited-edition bottling for The Irish Whiskey Collection was triple distilled and crafted from hand-selected casks of malt and grain whiskey, before being matured in a festive blend of three cask types (Port, Red Wine and Sherry), delivering a depth of flavour, unique to Irish Whiskey. This truly is Christmas in a bottle with notes of rich brown sugar, Christmas pudding, allspice and sweet toffee, that intermingle with dried fruits and soft tannins.
Through the use of triple distillation, the final spirit carries through the inherent fruits flavours that are naturally apparent from Teeling Whiskey’s careful selection of raw materials and dual fermentation of white wine yeast and distiller’s yeast. Bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration as is the same with all Teeling Whiskeys, completes an Irish whiskey of true character.
