In addition to our their homegrown barley, this spirit owes much of its abundance to their carefully selected casks. In this instance, they have used Pedro Ximinez, Oloroso and Vermut casks for the second finishing, giving the spirit its complex layer of flavours.

Nose
Some summer fruits, then dried fruits followed by leather and wood paneled study with hints of cigar smoke.
Taste
Berries, dried fruits – dates, raisins, figs and then savoury rich and succulent with pepper running through it.
Finish
An excellent whiskey with the two different maturation processes complimenting each other to produce something superb.
