Carlow Whiskey Society

Meeting like minded people with an appreciation of all Whisk(e)ys. Started late 2020 with a post on Facebook to Whiskey groups and pages to see if there was an interest in getting a Whiskey Society/ club started in Carlow.

Original plan was to go in-person however Covid had other ideas. Decision was taken to have online tasting only for 2021. Response in 2021 was great with 6 overall and a lot of learnings.

Decision taken progress the society for 2022 to offer membership and go in-person tasting in line with the lifting of restrictions. Great response from local pubs, restaurants namely The Irishmans (Ivor O’Loughlin from Tiny Tipples) and Teach Dolmen.
