The first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years and experience the Spirit of Dublin for yourself. Experience the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of a fully operational distillery on a guided tour and choose from a range of tasting options. Afterwards relax with a handcrafted cocktail at the Bang Bang bar, browse the Gift Shop or sample some local produce in the Phoenix Café.
