Women in Irish Whiskey will mark International Women’s Day with two exciting and distinct events. The first, focused on welcoming new types of whiskey consumers, offers a fresh, fun experience, while the second will bring together industry leaders to celebrate the achievements of women in the whiskey sector.

 

Whiskey & Vinyl Night: Welcoming Newcomers to the World of Whiskey

On March 6th, Women in Irish Whiskey will host a Whiskey & Vinyl Night at Hen’s Teeth in The Liberties. This event is designed to provide a relaxed and approachable environment for whiskey enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of whiskeys from Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Pearse Lyons Distillery and Roe & Co. all while listening to vinyl music. The evening aims to introduce a new, fun way for people to experience Irish whiskey in a laid-back and casual setting.

 

International Women’s Day Industry Event: Celebrating Women Across the Whiskey Sector

On March 7th, Women in Irish Whiskey will host its third annual International Women’s Day Industry Event at Teeling Whiskey Distillery. This exclusive event will bring together industry leaders from Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Skellig Six18, the Kentucky Distillers Association, and Heaven Hill for an insightful discussion on whiskey tourism, changing consumer demographics, and evolving market trends. The event will celebrate the contributions of women across all functions of the whiskey industry and provide a valuable networking opportunity for the 85+ women professionals in attendance.
